Since the project was located adjacent to a forest, the team wanted the marketing pieces to reflect the ‘harmony in nature’ theme, and designed a stylized songbird motif seen throughout the campaign. From the peek-a-boo bird in the die-cut cover, to the reflective glossy elements in the community pages, this brochure features many special touches. The inner pages tell the story: from the builder’s ‘life-friendly’ philosophy, and the thoughtful attention to detail, to the artistic style of the home designs. The project renderings and floor plans neatly tuck into a pocket at the back, and showcase the designs in artfully rendered detail, where even the blackline artwork is hand-sketched in painstaking detail. With careful thought to ease of use by the consumer, the brochure is neatly designed in a 12”x12” gusseted package.
