River's Edge

A new player to the building industry, PM sought to showcase the builder over the community. Therefore the cover was designed to evoke a strong sense of corporate branding, using the iconic Opus logo as a background with a subtly spot UV treatment for added impact. The project logo was specifically minimized to help achieve this goal. Inside, the use of bright red, yellow and orange colours were utilized to have a cultural appeal to the target buyer.
